The Wildlife Artist
In 1985 I first attended the spring Taxidermy Mini Course held at Roxboro, North Carolina and began dreaming of becoming a professional taxidermist. I attended every seminar I could in my part of the world and kept mounting critters. In 1997 I went full-time. I have taught some taxidermy at the Central Carolina Community College in Pittsboro and at Piedmont Community College in Roxboro. I also do some individual instruction in my shop. I am a life member of the National Taxidermists Association and a member of the North Carolina Taxidermists Association. I have both state and federal licenses for taxidermy and I am a licensed fur dealer.
At Fox-fire Taxidermy my goal is to provide quality commercial mounts
that my customers can be proud of.
